We are currently recruiting for:

General Operatives – with solid experience of working in construction.
Skilled Operatives – holding valid CSCS cards demonstrating technical competence.
Supervisors and Gangers – with SSSTS and experience leading site teams.
Traffic Management Operatives – with M1, M2, M6 qualifications.

You'll Bring (Experience & Technical Skills)

A background in Civil, Structural, or Construction engineering, ideally within National Highways or local authority road networks.
Experience across key disciplines such as groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, steelwork, drainage, utilities, and temporary works.
Confidence interpreting construction drawings and plans.
A strong understanding of site safety, traffic management, and highways working environments.

Qualifications

CSCS card
IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS (depending on role)
