Porsche Service Advisor

We are looking for a passionate, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Porsche Aftersales team at our new state of the art Porsche Centre in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.
As the link between our customers and our workshop, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, transparent, and premium ownership experience from the moment they arrive until they drive away.
The Role
As a Porsche Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Welcoming customers professionally and creating a first-class experience from arrival through to vehicle collection.
· Managing service bookings and preparing for customer visits, including pre-calls, job card preparation, recall checks, and campaign reviews.
· Acting as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication throughout the repair process.
· Conducting vehicle walkarounds and visual inspections with customers, identifying items such as tyre condition and wheel alignment requirements.
· Providing accurate service and repair estimates, using digital video technology to clearly explain recommendations and build customer confidence.
· Advising customers on additional products and services where appropriate, always with safety and customer satisfaction in mind.
· Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records, ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard.
· Processing warranty claims and customer payments in accordance with company procedures.
· Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service journey, ensuring they clearly understand all work completed on their vehicle.
· Maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering premium customer service and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You’ll ideally have:
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a premium or prestige automotive environment (preferred but not essential).
· The ability to effectively manage your own workload and prioritise tasks throughout the day.
· Experience using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems such as CDK Kerridge (or similar).
· Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
· A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently exceeding expectations.
· A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail.

Working hours Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30
Saturday 08.30 – 12.30
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year
