Engineering Administrator (Field Service)£26,000 + 24 days holiday + Flexitime + benefitsExeterAre you an experienced service advisor or administrator looking to further your career with a well-established company supplying to clients globally?Are you looking to work for a company that offers excellent benefits, work-life balance and the opportunity to train, develop and further your career?On offer is a Service & Warranty Advisor / Engineering Administrator role where you will manage all customer and retailer communication into the Service & Warranty department, ensuring that all communications (phone/email/web) are correctly logged on the company CRM system and appropriately processed to a satisfactory resolution.This role requires the skill to resolve customers' issues in a swift, successful, and diplomatic manner, regardless of the circumstancesThe role:

To handle calls, email enquiries and issues covering all aspects of the customer base, ensuring CRM is accurately updated
Support the TCSA Team (Technical Customer Service Advisor) in the process of administrative procedures
Support the customer base with general enquiries and process genuine warranty claims quickly through workflow
Manage inbound service request bookings on CRM system
General customer communications

The person:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and organisation skills
