Rowe Cleaning Services Ltd is looking for reliable, hardworking, and professional Construction Site Cleaners to work on construction developments in and around Exeter and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company providing high-quality cleaning services to leading house builders and construction contractors.

Position Details

Role: Construction Site Cleaner
Employment Type: Self-Employed
Location: Exeter and surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive rates of pay
Hours: Flexible with regular work available
PPE: Supplied by Rowe Cleaning Services Ltd

Duties Include

Site Build Cleans
CML (Customer Move-In) Cleans
Sparkle Cleans
Plot and welfare cleaning
Preparing completed properties for customer handover
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation on construction sites

Essential Requirements

✔ Own transport and valid driving licence
✔ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Professional attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Construction site cleaning experience preferred but not essential
✔ CSCS Card required

Don't currently hold a CSCS Card?
No problem. We can assist suitable applicants by providing revision materials and booking the CSCS test once you are ready to sit and pass the examination.
