Full job description

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Field Sales Executive with knowledge of the catering equipment industry to join our successful sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities to help drive company growth.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

Manage and develop relationships with key existing customers.
Identify opportunities to increase sales within current accounts.
Generate new business and win new customers.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
Provide expert advice on catering equipment solutions.
Monitor market activity and competitor developments.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous field sales experience, ideally within the catering equipment industry.
A strong understanding of commercial catering equipment and the foodservice market.
A proven track record of developing existing accounts and winning new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and territory management skills.
A full UK driving licence.
