Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a varied role involving warehouse duties, stock handling, order preparation, and deliveries to care homes. The successful candidate will be proactive, physically fit, and willing to take initiative to support the smooth running of the business.

Key Requirements are: Full UK driving license, reliable, punctual, high attention to detail, organisational skills, positive attitude to work and knowledge of warehouse processes, safe & careful handling of products, support colleagues through busy periods, good communication and customer service skills, with a customer focused mindset. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Working hours:

47.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
7am - 5pm

Reports to: Operations Manager

Benefits: Competitive salary, quarterly GBS bonus scheme, Parking, kitchen facilities, free tea and coffee, lunch provided, full health & safety training will be provided, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Due to operational requirements, employees are required to work some bank holidays on a rota basis. Any bank holidays worked are added back to your annual leave entitlement. Five-month probation period applies
