As Leisure Supervisor, you will support the Leisure Manager in delivering an outstanding leisure experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Oasis Leisure facilities, leading by example, supporting and developing the leisure team, and ensuring all activities are delivered safely and professionally. You will help drive the continued development of the department, always placing guest safety and satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Leisure Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Oasis Leisure department.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures, checks, risk assessments, and operational processes are implemented, maintained, and regularly reviewed.
- Lead, support, coach, and develop the leisure team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational standards.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies, Normal Operating Procedures (NOPs), and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
- Assist with pool plant operations, water testing, and the safe handling of pool chemicals in accordance with operating procedures.
- Deliver regular training and maintain high lifeguarding standards across the team.
- Provide first aid, and respond confidently to emergencies when required.
- Carry out gym inductions and ensure guests can use equipment safely and effectively.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Beverley Holidays, promoting the company's values and delivering a professional image at all times.

EDUCATION TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety within a leisure environment
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service
Desirable
- Pool Plant Operations Certificate
- Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification
- Experience working within the holiday park, leisure, hospitality, or tourism industry
Full training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for the role.
As part of your ongoing professional development, you will be required to successfully complete monthly NPLQ training. This training will be organised and funded by the Company. If you are unable to attend the scheduled session, you will be responsible for arranging attendance at an approved alternative training provider.
