As part of this, you'll process key information in our service system to help our Technicians prepare for their diagnostic repairs. Using your knowledge and training, you'll communicate directly with Technicians to make useful recommendations for repair process. Through close collaboration and an unmatched attention to detail, you'll assist in the test-driving of vehicles and photograph any evidence of fault. When a repair is finished, you'll review all completed forms thoroughly and have the Technician sign-off on them. Your role will be central to our success, by ensuring high standards are met every step of the way throughout the repair process.

What will you be doing?
As our Service Quality Specialist, your day-to-day work will include assisting the service department's quality control efforts, ensuring that repairs to customers' cars have been completed correctly and that vehicles are returned to customers in the proper condition. Your keen eye for detail will result in all repair order requests being correctly processed in our service system. In fact, navigating our service system will quickly become second nature to you, as you swiftly check that all critical parts or tools are in stock. Your knack for organization and preparation will also serve you well, as you help Technicians prepare for repair requests by processing operation codes, workshop manuals and technical information.
Your strong communication skills will come into play as work closely with our technicians to discuss and develop effective solutions for repairs. Throughout, you will be committed to excellence — assisting in road tests for sound files and photographic evidence of any faults, as well as serving as quality control assurance in the final stages of the repair execution. An open and proactive approach to collaboration will also be vital, as you help the team wherever needed, by providing support in the coding of repairs and Workshop Manual navigation.
Alongside checking that all processing sheets and job operation codes have been completed correctly, you'll be on hand to confirm with each Technician that the repair has been completed to his/her satisfaction, then prepare the job to be turned over to the Service Advisor.
