Full job description

```Duties```

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and inventory management.

- Create and develop new menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.

- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with high-quality standards and food safety regulations.

- Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.

- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

As an Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences. This is a split shift role so would suit someone that can commute or live local.
