Phoenix Reach is a new face-to-face fundraising company built on ethics, purpose, and over 15 years of combined industry expertise. We're building a D2D team across Exeter and the South West — and we're looking for people who want to make a real difference and be properly rewarded for doing it.
No experience necessary. What we can't teach is character, energy, and the drive to do something that matters. If you have those, we'll build everything else around you.
What the role involves
You'll represent major UK charities door to door across residential territories in and around Exeter. You'll have genuine conversations with real people, inspire them to become long-term monthly supporters, and go home every day knowing exactly what your work has achieved.
This is not a scripted, clipboard-and-go role. You'll develop your own approach with person-centred coaching, learn what works, and build conversations that mean something. The best fundraisers aren't salespeople — they're storytellers who genuinely care.
That said — this is D2D. You'll work in all weathers. You'll knock doors that don't open. You'll have days that test you. What separates the great ones from the rest is what they do on those days. If you bounce back, adjust, and go again — this role will reward you like very few others can.
What you'll earn
- £13.45/hr guaranteed — Real Living Wage, every week, no matter what
- Uncapped weekly bonus paid on every donor you inspire
- Hitting weekly target: £700–£900 per week all-in
- OTE for consistent performers: £36,400–£46,800 per year
- Our top performers regularly exceed £900+ per week

What you don't need
Prior experience is useful but absolutely not essential. If you've thrived in roles where your effort determines your outcome — delivery, sales, hospitality, retail — we want to hear from you.
