· Support student records, admissions, attendance and referral administration.
· Maintain and monitor compliance trackers, policy review records and evidence folders.
· Support the maintenance of the Single Central Record and safer recruitment administration.
· Support GDPR, consent records, confidential filing and secure information management.
· Assist with AIM/qualifications administration and related deadlines.
· Support finance, purchasing, invoicing and supplier administration.
· Help ensure systems are accurate, accessible and ready for internal review, external quality assurance, Local Authority monitoring or inspection.
About you
· Strong administrative and organisational skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Experience maintaining accurate records and systems.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, email and electronic filing systems.
· Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
· Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
· A calm, professional and relational manner.
· Confidence to identify gaps, chase information and escalate concerns appropriately.
Experience in a school, alternative provision, SEND, education, care or compliance setting would be beneficial. Experience with the Single Central Record, safer recruitment administration, GDPR, attendance systems, SharePoint, finance administration or inspection readiness would also be helpful.
