About the Role:

At Advance, we put the people who draw on our support at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for an organised and customerfocused Housing Administrator to support our tenancy and leasehold services.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring housing services run smoothly by providing highquality administrative support, maintaining accurate records and acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, staying organised and supporting others to deliver excellent housing services.
What you’ll do:

Provide effective administrative support to the tenancy and leasehold team

Maintain accurate records and update housing systems, including OpenHousing
-
Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues where possible
-
Support rent account enquiries, including rent statements, payment advice and Housing Benefit information
-
Arrange meetings, appointments and travel, and support meetings through minutetaking and coordination
-
Assist with lettings, relets, customer involvement events and service improvements
-
Support responses to complaints, antisocial behaviour cases and neighbour disputes in line with procedure
-
Process invoices, purchase orders and other financial administration as required
What we’re looking for:

Experience in an administrative role, ideally within housing or a customerfocused environment

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Confidence using IT systems and databases, including Microsoft Office and housing systems
-
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
-
A wellorganised approach with good attention to detail
-
Demonstrate Partnership, Respect, Inclusion, Drive and Efficiency, working collaboratively, communicating clearly and taking pride in delivering highquality services
