gloveglu is one of the world’s leading goalkeeper care brands, supplying customers, retailers and distributors globally.

As we continue to grow across ecommerce, retail and international markets, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This is a varied, fast-moving role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and supporting multiple areas of a growing business.

No two days will look the same.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support across operations, logistics, project coordination, customer systems, and general business administration.

You will work closely with the wider team to help keep projects moving, support international shipments, maintain operational accuracy, and ensure the business runs efficiently day-to-day.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident using spreadsheets and systems, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project Coordination

Support day-to-day operational activities across the business
Help coordinate internal projects and track progress against deadlines
Assist with product launches, packaging updates and operational timelines
Communicate with suppliers, warehouses and external partners
Help identify and solve operational issues quickly and efficiently

Shipping & Logistics

Coordinate international shipments and freight movements
Support stock transfers between warehouses and partners
Track inbound deliveries and monitor shipping timelines
Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and logistics providers
Maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation

Inventory & Reporting

Maintain and update operational spreadsheets and tracking systems
Assist with stock counts, reporting and inventory coordination
Support forecasting and replenishment planning
Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date
Produce reports and assist with KPI tracking

CRM & Systems Support

Support CRM system management and data accuracy
Assist with customer and retailer account administration
Maintain organised records across internal systems
Support ecommerce and operational admin tasks where required

General Business Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team
Help improve processes and operational efficiency
Take ownership of tasks and follow through independently
Support the business wherever needed in a fast-growing environment

What We’re Looking ForEssential

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Excel and Google Sheets
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and operational skills

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience working in operations, logistics, supply chain or ecommerce environments
Experience supporting consumer brands, ecommerce businesses or fast-paced SMEs
Confident using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, tracking and operational planning
Familiarity with CRM, ERP or inventory management systems
Experience coordinating international shipments, freight or supplier communications
Experience supporting projects, timelines or cross-functional operational tasks
Degree or qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics or related field (preferred but not essential)
