La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Cirencester

Responsibilities and Duties:

Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
Have the right to work in the UK
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in complex care sector Learning Disabilities , Epilepsy.
Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
Have compassion, empathy and patience
Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care
Treats others with dignity and respect
Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
Administering medication and feed via a peg
Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
Maintaining and updating reports
Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping,
Supporting with social interaction
Support to other team members in emergency situations
Working alternate weekends essential
available to use Digital Social Care Record (DSCR)
