Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Cabinet Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling bespoke kitchen cabinets and doors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Working with the workshop manager and trainee, you will form part of a successful and creative team
- The succsseful candidate must be upbeat and postive and bring a 'can-do' attitude
- Fabricate kitchen cabinets according to detailed plans and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques.
- Assemble cabinet components with precision, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Operate various woodworking machinery safely and efficiently during the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret technical drawings and modify plans as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and carpentry, preferably specialising in kitchen cabinetry.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques essential for precise craftsmanship.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in carpentry or joinery are desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
