- Machine Shop supervision overseeing a very small team of machinists
- Setting, running, and monitoring CNC machines, stepping in hands-on where needed
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to maintain high standards of quality and output
- Monday to Friday working pattern with an early finish every Friday at 1pm.
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
Pay: From £46,000.00 per year
