Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in events, marketing, and business networking while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Events Director/Event Manager and will play an important role in supporting the promotion and delivery of events. You will regularly communicate with exhibitors, attendees, suppliers, and business professionals both over the phone and face-to-face, helping to maintain positive relationships and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and organisation of events
- Assisting with event setup and on-the-day event delivery
- Speaking with exhibitors and attendees via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting event marketing through social media and promotional activity
- Attending networking events and representing Four Front Events professionally
- Helping maintain exhibitor and attendee records
- Assisting with general administration and event coordination tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and support at all times
