Plumbing
Basic electrical work
Carpentry and joinery
Painting and decorating
Pool//spa plant knowledge ideally
Grounds and external maintenance experience
Fire safety checks & emergency lighting tests
Legionella flushing routiness
Supporting compliance testing
To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH
Using IT systems as required
All other duties as required
