Full job description

Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Beautician to join our friendly and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be Level 3 qualified and experienced in eyelash extensions, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Beautician, you will play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best by providing high-quality treatments and personalised care. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Performing Beauty treatments such as body areas and intimate waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash tint, eyebrow tinting, manicure, pedicure, facials and massage
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and organised
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best service possible
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication
Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving any issues that may arise during their visit

Experience

Previous experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, full training in certain areas can been given
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Proficiency and knowledge of skincare products is highly desirable
A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
