Senior Telemarketing Executive | Whiteley HQ | £30k–£35k Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60k+
We are growing our sales team and looking for an experienced Senior Telemarketing Executive who wants to play an important part in that growth.

The role
You will speak with business owners and senior decision-makers across the UK, identify suitable sales opportunities and book qualified appointments for our field sales consultants.
We are looking for someone who already understands B2B telemarketing or appointment setting and can bring confidence, experience and personality to every call.
You will be joining a friendly and ambitious team where good work is noticed, strong results are rewarded and people are encouraged to develop.
What you will be doing
· Booking qualified appointments for our telecoms sales consultants
· Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
· Calling a mixture of warm leads and new business prospects
· Introducing suitable telecoms products and services
· Responding confidently to questions and objections
· Maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
· Working closely with the field sales team to improve appointment quality
Who we are looking for
You will already have experience in telemarketing, telesales or B2B appointment setting and know how to hold a confident business conversation.
You should be comfortable working towards targets, speaking with senior decision-makers and handling objections without losing momentum.
Telecoms experience would be an advantage, although a strong record in B2B appointment setting is equally important.

· A basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000, based on experience
