We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to support the day to day running of recruitment, onboarding, candidate communications, compliance, social media activity, and administrative processes across the business.
This is a varied role that would suit someone organised, confident speaking with people, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Onboarding & Compliance
- Support candidates through the registration and onboarding process
- Conduct basic discovery and registration calls Complete Right to Work and compliance checks
- Request and manage candidate references Ensure onboarding records and candidate files are accurate and up to date
- Monitor and manage expiring documents and compliance records on the CRM system
- Support candidates with onboarding paperwork and system access where required
Recruitment Administration
- Create and publish vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Review applications and complete initial CV shortlisting
- Support suitable candidates through the registration process
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and recruitment platforms
- Carry out monthly availability checks with candidates and workers
- Support the team with general recruitment administration and coordination tasks
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience for candidates
- Respond to candidate enquiries and basic requests
- Support candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with incoming reception calls and message taking
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain accurate client, candidate, and lead information within the CRM system
- Record new enquiries, leads, and market information identified through day to day conversations
- Support general CRM upkeep and data management
Marketing & Business Support
- Assist with social media posting and recruitment campaigns
- Support the creation and distribution of business newsletters
- Help maintain recruitment activity across online platforms and advertising channels
- Support general office administration and business support activities
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills both over the phone and in writing
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Reliable and proactive attitude
- Confidence using social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Willingness to contribute to social media activity, recruitment campaigns, and online engagement
- Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Desirable
- Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience
- Experience using CRM systems or recruitment platforms
- Experience with social media posting or content creation
- Understanding of Right to Work checks and onboarding processes
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or people focused environments
