Salary Structure Explained. The salary here is made of 2 main components:
- Base Salary - paid in equal monthly instalments. Base salary covers 40h working week in the office and starts at around 28k per annum.
- Working Away Allowance - this is paid for additional time worked whilst being away on Refit Sites Globally. When working away on Refit Sites, Projects Teams tend to work for around 84h per week :12h days, 7 days per week. This extra time worked is paid in addition to the Base Salary and is called Working Away Allowance. We anticipate a Project Support Coordinator to spend around 3 months (25% of the year) working away. This means that in comparison to your Base Salary, you would actually earn at least 25% more - this is reflected in the salary range on the advert.
- EXAMPLE: if your Base Salary is 28k per annum, with 25% of the year spent working away you would actually earn around 35k from the onset of your career with us.
We would like to highlight that the salary range shown in the advert includes both the base salary (which starts at around £28k) and the Working Away Allowance. The upper end of the salary range reflects what you could realistically expect to earn per year from the outset of your career with us. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the Salary & Travel Element involved.
