Full job description

We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused Junior Account Manager to join our growing commercial team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, develop, and build a long‑term path in sales within a supportive, technically strong organisation.

This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career who is confident with customers, organised, and eager to learn how to manage accounts, spot opportunities, and maintain strong long‑term relationships.

You’ll work closely with our experienced sales team, gaining hands-on experience as you learn the role, support active opportunities, and begin building and managing your own pipeline. We’ll provide full training, structured onboarding, and ongoing development — all we ask is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow.

We’re interested in people with the right mindset and behaviours, not just experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

An outgoing, confident, and engaging personality
A natural ability to build rapport and hold a conversation
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Genuine enthusiasm for promoting products you believe in
The ability to think on your feet and ask great questions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team
No prior sales experience required — just the drive to learn and grow

Responsibilities:

Generate product quotes
Aid in closing sales deals
Building relationships with existing customers
Gain hands-on experience in sales techniques and processes
