Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00- 17:30

PureTech is a family-owned business with its head office based in Hilsea, Hampshire and is a leading provider of CCTV & Security products, distributed through a national network of trade installers. PureTech supply well recognised product brands including Dahua, Viper & Ajax.

The Role: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

As the Social Media & Digital Content Executive you will be hands-on and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. Are you passionate and ambitious with creating scroll-stopping content, do you live and breathe social media trends, short-form video, and visual storytelling, could you be at the heart of our marketing engine, capturing, creating, editing, and delivering high-impact content that drives engagement, builds trust, and positions PureTech as a leader in security hardware solutions, if yes this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

Create, capture and produce dynamic short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Edit video content with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform trends
Design eye-catching social graphics and visual assets aligned with our brand identity
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across key platforms
Take ownership of our social media presence and shape how our brand shows up online, from concept to execution, youll create compelling content that cuts through the noise
Identify trends early and turn them into creative, brand-relevant content
Monitor social campaigns performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and launches
Ensure all content reinforces PureTech brand voice, messaging, and positioning

Skills & Experience: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

Proven experience managing social media and creating digital content
Strong video shooting and editing skills using both mobile and/or professional equipment, advantageous but not essential
Proficiency in video editing tools, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what performs well on each
Confident working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to own and grow a brands social presence
Work well within a team that values innovation and fresh thinking
