Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Farnborough/Hybrid Working

The opportunity:

As a Service Administrator in Zurich Municipal, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the team. You’ll help manage key administrative activity, keep records accurate and up to date, and support colleagues across the business to deliver a high-quality service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things accurately, and likes being part of a collaborative team. We’ll provide training and support from day one, so you don’t need previous insurance experience to apply.

Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

What will you be doing?

As a member of the Service Team, you will support underwriters, customers and the wider Zurich Municipal Team throughout the end-to-end process. Your days will be varied with a mixture of face to face, telephone and written communication with the teams and customers you support.

Work closely with your team and colleagues across Zurich Municipal to support day-to-day service activity
Monitor shared inboxes and voicemails, responding promptly and escalating where needed
Process documentation and update records accurately
Complete regular administrative tasks in line with team and business requirements

You don’t need previous insurance or financial services experience, what matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
