Description & Requirements

A Sales Support Administrator is required to provide key administrative and business support for a couple of our Sales VP's in the UKI and Benelux region. The Sales Administrator will have the ability to exercise good judgement and confidentiality in a variety of situations, with strong written, verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This role will be based at our office in Farnborough at least 3 days per week, where there are good facilities and free car parking.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex calendars.
Manage domestic and international travel, flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation.
Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes and monitor actions.
Event coordination and project management for executive(s) and customer visits.
Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, offsites and town halls.
Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.
Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items.
Creating and supporting production of consistent and high-quality presentations and responses
Creating and distributing regular updates to the team on activity, training, etc.
Helping to co-ordinate the ‘Wheel’ meetings and ensure that follow up actions are taken care of.
Helping to manage the co-ordination of territory plans and account plans – ensuring they are updated and deliver the value.
Organising events for the broader sales team, sales meetings etc.
Communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external clients on behalf of their executives.
Type letters, reports and other correspondence as required
Provide general administrative support.

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience of supporting senior executives within a high-paced environment.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
High level of flexibility and adaptability.
The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload.
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong sense of urgency.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
