Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work to a high standard across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Must have Basic plumbing and electrical skills.

General property maintenance and repairs.
Carpentry (1st and 2nd fix).
Tiling, patch plastering, and decorating.
Flooring installation and repairs.
Kitchen and bathroom maintenance.
General snagging and finishing work.
Diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Providing excellent customer service while working on occupied properties.

Requirements

must have basic plumbing and electrical skills
Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson.
Competent in most aspects of property maintenance and building trades.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
