Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Land Buyer to join our dynamic property acquisition team. Duties
- Assist in researching and analysing potential land acquisition opportunities in designated regions
- Support the evaluation of land parcels, including site visits and data collection
- Prepare and organise documentation related to land transactions and due diligence processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external agents, and landowners to facilitate smooth negotiations
- Maintain organised records of all land acquisition activities and correspondence
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management
- Support the organisation of meetings, site inspections, and related logistical arrangements
- Stay informed about relevant local planning policies, regulations, and market trends affecting land procurement
Experience
- Administrative experience, computer literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Office) is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for liaising with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
