Summary

R Collard is looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Administrator to join their friendly team in Eversley. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience within a growing business, with exposure to sales support, customer service, sales ledger and cash book control.

Responsibilities

Post bank and cash transactions
Reconcile cash books
Process payments and BACS uploads
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes efficiently.
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.
Producing aged debt reports and providing regular updates to management.
Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
A professional and customer-focused attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within a finance team
Driving license
Competitive salary dependant on experience

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
