ForeverSmiles is a modern, Invisalign-focused dental practice based in Ashtead, Surrey. We help patients transform their smiles through exceptional care and outstanding customer service.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator whose primary focus will be converting Invisalign enquiries into consultations and guiding prospective patients through to starting treatment.
This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with people who have already enquired or attended a free consultation, helping them take the next step at the right time.

The Role
You'll manage patients through two key stages of the Invisalign journey.
Stage 1 – Converting enquiries into consultations
You'll follow up with prospective patients who have already expressed an interest in Invisalign but haven't yet booked their free consultation.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting unconverted, unanswered and inactive enquiries using our CRM and telephone system
- Reviewing previous conversations, call transcripts and WhatsApp messages so every follow-up feels personal
- Explaining the free Invisalign consultation process
- Booking consultations directly into our live diary
Stage 2 – Converting consultations into treatment starts
Once patients have attended their consultation, you'll continue to nurture the relationship until they're ready to begin treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up with patients after their consultation
- Explaining Invisalign treatment options and finance plans
- Handling pricing questions and objections professionally
- Building trust through multiple follow-ups without being pushy
- Booking treatment start appointments when patients are ready
Additional responsibilities
- Providing full holiday cover for our primary Treatment Coordinator, becoming the main point of contact for Invisalign enquiries during these periods
- Keeping accurate notes and updating all activity within our CRM
- Ensuring no enquiry or patient follow-up is missed
About You
We're looking for someone with a genuine sales background and a proven ability to convert opportunities into customers.
You'll ideally have experience in areas such as:
- Telesales
- Estate agency
- Financial services
- Car sales
- Membership sales
- Fitness or gym sales
- Field sales
- Other target-driven sales roles
You'll also have:
- A strong record of achieving sales targets and conversion goals
- Excellent telephone and WhatsApp communication skills
- Confidence handling price objections and negotiating naturally
- A warm, professional and empathetic approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Confidence learning new software and CRM systems
No dental experience is required.
We'll teach you everything you need to know about Invisalign and our systems—the sales ability is what matters most.
What We Offer
- Basic salary of £22,000–£24,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
- £10–£15 for every consultation booked that attends
- £50–£75 for every patient who starts Invisalign treatment
- Additional £10 bonus per treatment start once you exceed eight starts in a month
- Typical OTE of £29,000–£31,000
- Realistic earnings of £35,000–£40,000+ for high performers
Hours
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday (working hours to be confirmed)
- Primarily remote for telephone and WhatsApp follow-up, with the option to work from the practice if preferred
- Holiday cover for our primary Treatment Coordinator is an essential part of the role

You'll receive full training on our systems, including:
- GoHighLevel CRM
- VoiceStack
- Appointwise
- Practice WhatsApp platform
You'll work alongside our existing Treatment Coordinator before taking ownership of holiday cover and managing your own patient pipeline.
