The role of Helpdesk Administrator:

Be the friendly and professional point of contact for operational colleagues, addressing their queries and concerns

Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively

Complete administrative tasks on the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system including assigning colleagues and sub-contractors to service tasks, generating purchase orders, and updating admin information
-
Liaise with maintenance staff and subcontractors, ensuring timely response and resolution of service desk requirements

Work closely with the Head of Maintenance and Head of Property Help Desk to enhance service quality and reporting
-
Monitor and maintain accurate data in the CAFM system related to helpdesk work orders, including assignment, prioritisation, and categorisation

Monitor and complete work orders for remedial actions, both in-house and contractor-related
