Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About Us
JCK Property Maintenance is the maintenance division of Denar Property Management, providing responsive repairs, planned maintenance, inspections and project works across a growing portfolio of residential developments throughout South West London and Surrey.
We are looking for a reliable, practical and professional Maintenance Technician to join our team and become a key part of our future growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on role carrying out a wide variety of maintenance tasks across residential blocks, communal areas and managed properties.
You will be expected to work independently, represent the company professionally on site and take ownership of jobs from start to finish.
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical works (where competent)
- Decorating and making good
- Lock changes and door adjustments
- Minor carpentry works
- Health & safety inspections
- Assisting with planned maintenance projects
- Reporting defects and recommendations
- Liaising professionally with residents and contractors
- Completing job reports and photographs using company systems
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous maintenance, facilities or property repair experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good attitude and reliability
- Basic IT skills for reporting and photographs
Desirable
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Maintenance Engineering or related fields are preferred
- Health & Safety awareness
- Experience working within residential property
