Overview
Our company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language and a desire to inspire students to develop their linguistic skills and cultural understanding. This role is essential in fostering a love for the Spanish language and promoting an appreciation for diverse cultures among students.

- Are you fluent/near fluent in Spanish, as well as English?
- Do you live in the Horsham/Crawley area?
- Do you have a full driving licence and your own transport?
- Are you able to travel to different locations across Horsham,Crawley and potentially other towns in West Sussex?

- Are you looking for some part-time, term-time only work for 3-4 days a week?
- Do you love the idea of teaching young children (aged 2-11 years) languages through music, drama and play?

Teaching sessions may include:- after-school Spanish clubs for ages 4-11 years (approx. 3.00 - 4.00pm) The majority of the work will be for after school clubs and also some sessions for children in nurseries (ages 2-5 years, various times between 9.30-11am.
Full training is given and you will need an enhanced DBS and carry out a paediatric first-aid course as well as safeguarding training.
Employment will be on a self-employed basis. All teaching materials and lesson plans are provided.
Person Specification for BilinguaSing teacher post:
✔ Experience in leading groups of young children
✔ From a teaching, music or drama background
✔ Fluent Spanish and English speaker
✔ Confident and fun with a good sense of humour!
✔ Love of babies and young children
✔ Understanding towards new mothers, good at making mums and their babies feel special ✔ Hard working and committed
✔ Good singing voice (you don’t need to be the next Beyoncé!)
✔ Punctual, good time management
✔ Team player
✔ Organised
✔ First-aid trained, or willing to acquire certification if necessary
✔ DBS checked or willing to undergo checks
Role Description for BilinguaSing teacher post:
✔ To deliver the BilinguaSing programme to three age ranges (birth- crawling babies, crawling-walking babies toddlers-preschoolers and primary school children)
✔ To assist in the promotion of classes
✔ To take a register at each class
✔ To take a genuine interest in every parent and child, learn their names, make them feel welcome ✔ To teach 3-9 classes per week (negotiable) at regular venues
✔ To work according to the terms as laid out by BilinguaSing
✔ To take holidays during BilinguaSing term breaks (similar to school holidays)
✔ To positively represent the BilinguaSing brand by wearing the branded T-shirt and providing CDs and membership pack to clients as required
✔ To undergo training as and when required
✔ To report regularly to the franchise owner
✔ To take care of props, wash as necessary
✔ To respect and adhere to health and safety recommendations and fire regulations in venues
