We are looking for a driven, road-ready Field Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Convivence Market Sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the next phase of our growth.

You will manage your own diary, traveling to meet Convenience Store and Petrol Sation Forecourt prospects face-to face, presenting our Point-Of-Sale solutions, and turning leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source & Close: Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, and networking across your designated convenience store territory. Prioritize target customers based on opportunity, accessibility and expected return – Territory’s to be defined but likely to be based on the geographical location on the candidate
Review and identify convenience store product range: Work with the Convenience Director to identify gaps, and ensure the offer is compelling for target customers.
Relationship Management: Manage existing convenience store accounts , identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high client retention.
Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using the online Sales Portal and reporting tools. Work with the Convenience Director to establish promotional programmes to drive sales.

Proven experience in Field Sales Business Development is essential (ideally gained within the Convenience Sector but not essential).
Strong track record of developing client relationships and delivering commercial growth through consultative selling.
Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive and opportunity-focused mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, client-led environments.
