Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic <PERSON>/ganger to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will oversee the safe and efficient movement of materials, assist with site organization, and support the crew in maintaining a productive work environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that projects stay on schedule while adhering to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to dynamic construction projects and develop valuable skills in the industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and movement of materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site
Support team members by organizing work areas and ensuring materials are readily available for tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Help with site cleanup, waste disposal, and maintaining a tidy work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Support the installation of structures by holding, positioning, or securing materials as directed
Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to site management

Experience

Prior experience working on construction sites or in a manual labor role is preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
Basic understanding of construction safety practices and protocols
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
