Key Responsibilities

Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with TG20:21 guidance and sg4 22
Load, unload, secure and transport scaffolding materials
Work safely at height and ensure site safety at all times
Carry out checks, maintenance of scaffolding equipment
Liaise with site managers, team leaders and clients on site

RequirementsResponsibilities

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
Inspect scaffolding regularly for stability, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble scaffolding components efficiently and securely
Collaborate with all trades to facilitate smooth workflow at height
Maintain a clean work area by organizing materials with designated laydown areas
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

Proven experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling on construction sites
CISRS Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder card (required)
Strong understanding of site safety and working at height
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Good communication and reliability
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, levels, and measuring tapes
Proficient with power tools including drills, saws
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent understanding of safety regulations related to working at height 2005 and scaffolding standards
Physical stamina and balance necessary for working at elevated heights in various weather conditions
