What we ask

At least 3-5 years recent Retail sales experience， preferably in dairy and in PL
Bachelor’s or Master degree in (International) Business， Marketing or equivalent
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of private label dynamics and retail buying processes
Excellent social， negotiation， communication and influencing skills
Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Result-oriented and data driven mentality
Dare to challenge
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at high pace
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Passion for retail， innovation， and customer satisfaction
Excellent knowledge of Power BI， MS Office (Excel， PowerPoint， Word and Outlook).

Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual performance bonus
Base salary: £60-70K
Car allowance: £5，985/annum

Vacancy description

Act as the primary commercial lead for assigned UK retail customers
Build strategic， tactical， and operational customer relationships centred on joint goals (e.g.， category growth， sustainability)
Translate the PL strategy into 3‑year customer plans
Manage all private label tenders， pricing， profitability and product development， drive competitive PL propositions for the UK market
Lead creation of Joint Business Plans
Build annual operational plans including sales， volume， margin， and market share targets
Execute annual Sales Activation Plans
Own the customer P&L and deliver financial KPIs
Review sales， profitability， market share and adjust plans
Provide accurate forecasting
Oversee execution from concept to launch
Collaborate effectively with Finance， Supply Chain， Strategic Pricing， Category Marketing， and peers across OpCos
Build network within FrieslandCampina operations， mainly based in the Netherlands
