Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Wakefield to support the business with all marketing and communications activities.

This role is essential in ensuring our projects, people and business achievements are effectively communicated across a range of platforms and channels.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team working across Caddick Construction Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career in a fast-paced and varied role, supporting projects, people and business growth across the company.

Working closely with the marketing team and wider business, you will play a key role in delivering engaging content, coordinating events, supporting internal communications and helping to showcase the fantastic work taking place across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
Supporting with website updates and news stories
Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and industry awards
Producing internal communications and company updates
Supporting with marketing reports and analytics
Coordinating photography, videography and project case studies
Assisting with branded materials, presentations and bid support
Managing marketing inboxes and day-to-day administrative tasks
Supporting wider marketing activities as required

Skills and Experience

A relevant marketing qualification or degree is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
Marketing experience within construction, property or the built environment is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North & Midlands.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience using social media platforms in a professional environment
