In this role, you will support smooth operations and deliver exemplary customer service by managing orders, addressing customer enquiries, and providing vital support across the business. Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will:

Assist in processing orders for accessories, chargeable repairs, and service contracts.
Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
Help maintain and update our CRM database to enhance communication and customer relationships.
Support the management and processing of orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by understanding and catering to their specific needs.
Collaborate across departments to ensure premium service from start to finish.
Assist the Operations & Sales team with daily tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Create and issue quotations and order confirmations.
Manage external customer platforms ensuring compliance with PPM's
Provide everyday administrative support.

Skills Required:

Strong diligence & organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
Initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to different time zones.
A-Level education or equivalent.
