Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Self employed cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various homes in Felixstowe. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a positive attitude towards ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment with opportunities to develop their skills in the cleaning industry.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including homes and communal spaces.
Dust, mop, sweep, and hoover floors to maintain cleanliness.
Must be able to drive and use car for between clients
Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a tidy appearance.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A valid driving licence is needed for travelling between sites.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours may be required.
Must be able to drive and use car for work

Domestic cleaning around Felixstowe
Working in a team of two
Must be able to drive and use car for between clients
Working school hours
Covering holidays and sickness
Helping with deep clean on an ad hoc basis
Full training provided
Self employed cleaner liable for own tax and NI
