Position Overview:
As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will have the unique opportunity to rotate across various nursery rooms and participate in our Forest School program. This hands-on experience will enable you to develop a comprehensive understanding of early years education while honing your practical skills. Through a structured apprentice training program in Early Years, you will work towards either a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, depending on your experience. Upon completion, you will be fully equipped to apply for a qualified educator role within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning and development. Collaborate with experienced educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Engage in reflective practice and seek feedback to continuously improve your practice. Complete assigned coursework and assessments as part of your apprenticeship training. Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth within the early years field. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
