Overview

NEU® Clinic is seeking a highly creative, commercially minded, and results-driven Content & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, content strategy, and marketing performance across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong videography and editing skills with digital marketing expertise and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media and paid advertising campaigns, growing brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to increased business revenue. They will work across both NEU® Clinic and our Online Training Academy, helping to position both brands as leaders within the aesthetics sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Production

Plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create both short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, educational content, training materials).
Capture clinic treatments, patient journeys, practitioner insights, educational content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a premium aesthetic.

Social Media Management

Manage all social media channels across Neu Clinic and the Online Training Academy.
Develop and implement content calendars and posting schedules.
Monitor performance, engagement, trends, and competitor activity.
Grow audience engagement, reach, and lead generation through organic content strategies.

Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

Manage Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant paid advertising platforms.
Create, optimise, and monitor advertising campaigns to maximise return on investment.
Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Generate qualified leads and support revenue growth objectives.

Website & SEO Management

Manage website content and ensure information remains current and engaging.
Create and publish SEO-optimised blog posts and educational articles.
Improve website performance, user experience, and lead conversion opportunities.
Collaborate with the wider team to implement marketing campaigns and landing pages.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

Develop creative marketing concepts and campaign ideas.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, patient enquiries, course sales, and overall revenue.
Analyse marketing metrics and provide regular performance reporting.
Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of both businesses.

Training Academy Support

Assist in creating educational and promotional content for the Online Training Academy.
Produce content that supports course launches, student recruitment, and practitioner engagement.
Help position the academy as a leading provider of aesthetics education.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong videography skills with the ability to confidently film high-quality content.
Advanced video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Website management experience, including content updates and blog creation.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively generate ideas.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience within the aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare industries.
Experience creating educational or training-related content.
Photography and graphic design skills.
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
Experience working in a fast-growing business environment.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
