We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in domiciliary care, care coordination, field care supervision or compliance support who is looking to progress into a quality-focused role within a supportive and professional environment.
You will work closely with the leadership team to help maintain high standards across the service and support continuous improvement throughout the business.
About the Role
The Quality & Compliance Coordinator will support the day-to-day monitoring of compliance, quality assurance and operational standards across the service.
The role involves a mixture of office-based and field-based responsibilities including audits, spot checks, documentation reviews, quality monitoring and supporting the office team with maintaining excellent standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct audits of care plans, MAR charts, daily records and client files
· Support quality assurance processes across the service
· Carry out spot checks and competency observations for care staff
· Assist with safeguarding, incident and complaint documentation
· Monitor compliance trackers and follow up outstanding actions
· Support preparation for CQC inspections and internal audits
· Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
· Work closely with scheduling, care coordinators and leadership team
· Support continuous improvement across the service
· Promote safe, effective and person-centred care at all times
What We Are Looking For
Essential
· Previous experience within domiciliary care or home care
· Good understanding of CQC standards
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
· Experience using digital care planning systems
· Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks accurately
· Professional and positive approach
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Right to work full-time in the UK
Desirable
· Experience as a Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or Compliance Support role
· Level 3 or Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care
· Experience completing audits, creating processes and managing spot checks
