Full job description

This role involves booking conference and events, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless organisation of bookings. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding service to clients and guests.

Duties

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Assist clients in selecting suitable venues and services based on their requirements.
Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
Provide detailed information to clients.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and gather feedback post-event.
Maintain organised records of all reservations and client communications.
Address any issues or changes related to bookings promptly and professionally.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanour.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
