Administration Assistant - Maternity Cover
Hayden’s Arboricultural Consultants are looking for an experienced Administrator to step in and assist our Admin team based just outside Bury St Edmunds on a fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave.

Duties include, but are not limited to; Data Management; downloading and setting up for inclusion in technical reports, Set up and typing of a variety of Arboricultural Reports, Proof reading, TPO Searches and Reviews using Local Planning Authority websites, Project Management; ensuring smooth progress through our system addressing any issues time efficiently to ensure that deadlines are adhered to. General Reception works; filtering calls, taking messages and passing on to either Consultants, CAD Technicians or Management as required. Some liaison with Clients. Setting up quotations in response to enquiries, sending quotations out by email; Detailed record keeping; along with other general office support as required.
Previous Administrative experience using Microsoft Office packages is essential as is a keen eye for detail, accuracy and great communication skills. Experience of dealing with Local Authority Planning Teams would be advantageous, however, in house training will be provided for our systems.
