EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR CARE CENTRE

WORK LOCATION : Hindhead

Part time

Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm

Salary: £10,927.27per annum

CHD Living Ltd is a family owned group of care services in Surrey and South London. We are looking to recruit a full-time administrator to join our Care Home in Hindhead, Surrey.

You will be an experienced administrator, committed to delivering excellent service to all, and you will play a key part in assisting with the daily, smooth running of the service.

About you:

At least 3 years’ experience working as an administrator
Articulate and confident
Smart appearance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
Possess excellent hospitality skills and be approachable, with a professional image in line with the company’s core values. You will be able to create an immediate good first impression with anyone you meet.
Flexible and adapt to new situations and developing workloads whilst working under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Methodical and self-motivated
Ability to work to deadlines
Reliable
Ability to remain professional at all times
Enjoy working in a lively team environment
Works well under pressure
Good sense of humour!

Essential skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook,
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
Fluent in English language

Duties and Responsibilities

Answering the telephone in a professional and polite manner, dealing effectively with queries as necessary.
To ensure all administration forms related to clients and staff are accurately completed and signed by the relevant people prior to forwarding to the necessary individual
Filing and archiving.
General administration to support the care at home teams
Supporting the manager with recruitment administration
Dealing with all mail and correspondence via email
