Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Viewing & Inventory Field Agent to join our team. This role involves conducting site visits to assess and document inventory levels and visual conditions of specified locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in various environments. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to our operational efficiency while gaining valuable experience in field assessment and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled site visits to designated locations to perform visual inspections and inventory assessments.
Accurately record observations, measurements, and inventory data using provided tools or digital platforms.
Ensure all documentation is complete, precise, and submitted within designated timeframes.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding site conditions or discrepancies identified during inspections.
Maintain organised records of all site visits, reports, and related documentation.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working on-site across diverse environments.
Report any issues or anomalies encountered during inspections promptly to the relevant supervisor.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
Comfortable working outdoors or in varied environments, often requiring physical mobility such as walking or standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driving licence are preferred for visiting multiple sites efficiently.
Strong organisational skills to manage schedules, reports, and documentation effectively.
Prior experience in inventory management or field assessment roles is advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for proactive individuals seeking flexible paid work that combines organisational responsibilities with fieldwork in diverse locations.

Pay: £29.00 per hour
