Join us as a Repairs Scheduler and help keep our repairs service moving. This is a temporary opportunity covering maternity leave until 30th March 2027, based in Swansea. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our service- scheduling work, supporting customers, and making sure our engineers are in the right place at the right time. We offer a 9 day fortnight with compressed hours, and hybrid working (with regular office time required).

As a Repairs Scheduler, you’ll be at the centre of our responsive repairs service. You’ll plan, prioritise and coordinate work for our multi-skilled engineers, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, completed on time, and aligned to customer needs.
You’ll be the main point of contact for repairs queries, managing high volumes of calls and working closely with customers, operatives, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. You’ll balance priorities, respond to changing demands, and keep everything moving to deliver a reliable, high-quality service.
Skills and Experience needed:
- Planning & Scheduling: Experience coordinating multi-trade or operational workloads in a fast-paced environment
- IT Skills: Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook and systems to manage schedules and updates
- Communication: Clear, professional communication skills, including a strong telephone manner
- Organisation & Multitasking: Able to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work
- Problem-Solving: Able to think ahead, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans quickly
- Understanding of KPIs: Awareness of performance targets and their importance in service delivery
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

This is a full time, fixed term role until 30th March 2027 (40 hours per week), with a competitive salary of £29,304, alongside a benefits package designed to support you at work and beyond.
