Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day working week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable workshop assistant to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing & checking components
- Finishing and cleaning stainless steel
- Driving vans & making deliveries
- Assembling components
- Following basic engineering drawings for assembling components
- Operating CNC machinery
- Keeping workshops tidy
- Follow engineering instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Skills & Experience:
- On site training will be given for the role
- Ability to understand and follow basic engineering drawings.
- Experience working in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well within a team.
