Permanent, salaried role, upto £42k OTE.
Almost every reformer role advertised is freelance, sold by the class, and spread across two or three venues. You'll know the trade-offs of that better than we could put them.
This is the alternative. Work in one sstudio with one team - rather than a week split across venues. A salary that lands on the same day every month. Paid holiday. A pension. A timetable you know weeks ahead, so you can plan a life around it. And colleagues — the same faces, every week, who know your clients' names as well as you do.
Why we're hiring
Peachi opened it’s first Studio in Filton this January. We passed a hundred members faster than our own plan said we would. That growth wasn't a discount or a gimmick; it came from a properly designed client journey and a teaching standard we hold to. We are an ambitious business with a clear growth plan.
We're now building the instructor team that carries the next stage — and we're being deliberate about who joins it. We love energy and an enthusiasm for serving members at the highest level.
The job
Ideally Tuesday to Saturday, across a mix of mornings and evenings.
- Group reformer classes across the weekly timetable
- Specialist classes in our circuits studio
- 1:1 sessions — inductions, quarterly check-ins, and ongoing private clients you can build a relationship with.
- Taster classes for people trying reformer for the first time
- Class footage and content when we're filming, plus member enquiries through MindBody and the studio inbox
The taster classes carry more weight here than in most studios. They aren't a sales pitch with a reformer in the room — they're an honest first experience followed by a straight conversation about which membership actually suits the person in front of you. Get results and you're paid for it directly, on top of salary.
How we're built
- A documented method and standardised class programming that frees up your energy to add you own personal touch
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentoring, not just a key and a timetable
- A defined member journey from first enquiry to long-term membership, so you know exactly where each client sits
- A proper employment contract and back-office support that keeps admin off your evenings
Where this goes
Teaching is usually a flat career. You teach, and in five years, you teach.
As Peachi grows, it creates roles that don't exist yet — senior instructors, mentors for new starters, and Studio Manager for the right person. We would rather grow those people than advertise for them, which means joining now carries an advantage that joining later won't.
You'd also have a hand in the work itself: the Peachi Method, the instructor manual, and the new class formats we're building for beginners, over-50s, and back and posture clients.
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Reformer Pilates instructor qualification
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
- Demonstrable experience teaching reformer in a studio
- A warm, confident teaching presence — clients should feel looked after, not assessed
- Strong written communication; you'll be talking to members outside the studio too
- Comfortable with booking/CRM software such as MindBody
- Ideally available Tuesday to Saturday, across mornings and evenings
Desirable
- Specialist certifications — pre/post-natal, injury rehabilitation
- Experience creating social content for a fitness or wellness brand
- Any background in membership, client conversion, or client-facing sales
If you're strong on the essentials and light on the desirables, apply anyway. We'll train the rest.
